Muna Hagler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Muna began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Supervisor in 1995 and later transitioned to a Management Consultant role in the Process Improvement Group. In 2000, they joined Penguin Random House and held positions such as Publishing Business Manager and Senior Commercial Manager. Muna then moved to Arts University Bournemouth, where they became a member of the Board of Governors. Currently, they are the Finance Director, Client Entities at The Blair Partnership.

Muna Hagler completed a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1993. Muna then pursued a Master's degree in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1993 to 1994. Muna later attended ICAEW from 1995 to 1998 to obtain an ACA certification.
