Kristin Myers has over seven years of professional experience in various roles. Kristin began their career in 2013 as a Freelance ASL-English Interpreter for Self Employed. Kristin then worked as a Medical Interpreter for Raland Technologies, LLC in the same year. In 2014, they were an Educational Interpreter for Monroe #1 BOCES. In 2016, they were a Referral Committee Coordinator for Crisis Text Line and a Research Assistant for Self-Employed. In 2020, they were a Census Field Supervisor for the United States Department of Commerce, a Contributing Writer for Surge, a High School Teacher for Rham High School, and an English Writing Instructor for The Princeton Review. Currently, they are a Senior Content Producer for The Blast, where they report on trending stories, reviews work submitted for publication, and trains on Echobox and Hootsuite to assist with sharing content on social media.

Kristin Myers is currently enrolled in the Smithsonian Associates Program, where they are pursuing a Certificate in World Art Kristin'story. Kristin previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in ASL - English Interpretation from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Child Abuse Prevention and Reporting Policy Training from The Princeton Review in November 2022, and Mandated Reporter Training from the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families in September 2021.
