Rikki Ratliff has worked in the media industry since 2005. Rikki began their career as a Promotions Producer Intern at KOCO-TV, ABC in 2005. Rikki then worked as an Associate Producer & Field Reporter at Listen Up TV from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Producer at Sun News Network, where they developed and produced a daily, one-hour, primetime, national current affairs talk show. Rikki then moved to Fox News Channel, where they worked as a Supervising Producer from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they produced the weekly STOSSEL show on Fox Business and STOSSEL documentary specials on Fox News, and also served as an on-air correspondent for field reports. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Head of Video Production & Programming at CRTV LLC. Most recently, they have been the Executive Producer for Glenn Beck at Mercury Radio Arts, Inc. since 2020.

Rikki Ratliff attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a focus on General Journalism and Creative Writing.
