Ben Broos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Production Intern at Bailey Nurseries where they gained skills in Lean Management, Communication, and brand marketing. In 2014, they served as an Outdoor Leader at Wilderness Inquiry, leading educational canoe trips and providing outdoor experiences for at-risk youth and individuals with disabilities. From 2012 to 2014, Ben held multiple roles at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, including Co-Coordinator at the Career Resource Center and General Manager at SJU Winter Greenhouse. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Target, contributing to seasonal problem-solving and inventory management projects. In 2019, Ben joined Google as a Retail Sales Analyst before transitioning to the role of Retail Account Manager. Currently, they are working as the Director of Sales at The Bluebird Group.
Ben Broos has a diverse education history. Ben completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Hispanic Studies from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University in the years 2010-2014. During this time, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at IE Business School from 2012-2013. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Ben attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School from 2006-2010. More recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017-2020.
