Josh Lettiere is an experienced acquisitions manager at The BLVD Group, where roles have included senior acquisitions analyst and asset management analyst since January 2019. Lettiere participated in the Argus Case Competition at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in early 2018, selected as one of five top students to represent the university in a competitive environment, focusing on maximizing returns for a retail property. Previous experience also includes a tax internship at Armanino LLP in summer 2017, rotating through various tax teams and preparing client returns. Lettiere earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018 and attended Copenhagen Business School in 2017. A high school diploma was obtained from Santa Monica High School in 2014.
