Adam Lempke

Adam Lempke is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at The Boat House Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held positions including Materials Manager at Marinette Marine Corp and Contract Services Coordinator at Bay Shipbuilding Company. Adam's tenure with the U.S. Coast Guard spanned over two decades, during which various roles such as Vice President of People and Operations, Safety Manager, and Senior Director of Operations were undertaken. Adam holds a Master's degree in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University.
