Antony Jones

Antony Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience. Antony started their career in 1999 at Heineken Beer as a Brand & Activation Manager. Antony then moved on to roles such as National Food & Beverage Manager at Good Vibrations Festival, Proprietor at CBD Food & Beverage, and General Manager - IVY at Merivale. In 2011, they joined the Australian Football League as a General Manager Commercial before returning to Merivale as Director of Hotels. At Merivale, Antony held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. In 2023, Antony became the Chief Executive Officer of The Boathouse Group. Throughout their career, Antony has demonstrated expertise in financial performance, leadership, commercial outcomes & partnerships, risk management, and strategy & planning.

Antony Jones attended Knox Grammar School from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained their HSC. Antony later pursued an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Hospitality Management at TAFE NSW. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Clifton Strengths from Gallup in 2018, Team Role from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office) in 2017, and Australian Hotels Association Elected Officer from Australian Hotels Association NSW in 2017.
