Hayley McCraney has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Hayley is currently working as the Chief People & Culture Officer at The Boca Raton, where they are responsible for overseeing the transformation and improvement of the iconic destination. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pinehurst Resort, where they played a crucial role in developing the culture and language of the golf destination. Hayley also worked as the Area People Services Director at Two Roads Hospitality and as the Human Resources Director at Pebble Beach Company, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as employee relations, training, recruitment, and community outreach. Hayley McCraney also has experience as the Director of Recruitment & Development at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and as the Director of Patient & Guest Experience at UC Irvine Medical Center. Additionally, they worked as the Resort Operations Training Manager at Pebble Beach Company and as the Front Office Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Overall, Hayley McCraney has demonstrated their expertise in HR, training, and leadership throughout their career in the hospitality industry.

Hayley McCraney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business: Hospitality from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in the years 2000 to 2003. Hayley had previously pursued general education at Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2000.
