Kenneth Rodriguez is an experienced professional in beach operations and management, currently serving as Director of Beach Operations at The Boca Raton since January 2023. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Director of Operations at Boucher Brothers Management and worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Beach Operations Manager, where Kenneth contributed to achieving the Best Guest Experience by Forbes Audit in 2021. Kenneth began a career in the hospitality industry as a Beach Attendant at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in mid-2021. Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and International Business, from Villanova University in 2008.
