Lucy Sesto

Lucy Sesto is an experienced yoga instructor and ambassador with a diverse background in the wellness industry. Currently serving as an Ambassador for Adanola and a Yoga Instructor at BXR London and The Body Coach, Lucy has also held roles as a Global Ambassador for lululemon and Yoga Instructor for SestoYoga. Previous positions include Yoga Teacher at adidas and MoreYoga, as well as a Receptionist at Gymbox and Private Yoga Instructor at The Berkley Hotel. Lucy's educational background includes a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from Zuna Yoga and a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Nottingham Trent University.
