Charles Denton

Charles Denton serves as Chief Executive Officer at The Body Shop since September 2024, working towards a sustainable future with a dedicated team. Previously, Denton held the roles of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ERNO LASZLO from February 2011 to September 2024, successfully transforming the heritage brand into a globally recognized skincare leader, with revenues increasing from $10 million to over $120 million. Additional experience includes Non Executive Chairman at Fold7, Executive Director and Chairman of Fundraising at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, and CEO & Deputy Chairman at Molton Brown. Denton is an alumnus of Millfield School, having attended from 1978 to 1982.
