Nataša Simonič Leclerc

Nataša Simonič Leclerc is an experienced professional in product development, currently serving as the Product Development Technical Manager for Skincare and Make Up at The Body Shop since May 2017. In this role, Nataša leads the product development process for the Skincare category, ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards while fostering collaboration with brand teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation. Prior to joining The Body Shop, Nataša worked as a Product Development Chemist at Laleham Health and Beauty, where Nataša oversaw the complete development of cosmetic products, and at Ilirija dd in Slovenia, focusing on formulating innovative cosmetic products from concept to commercialization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetic Science from the University of Ljubljana and a high school diploma from the Secondary School for Pharmacy, Cosmetics and Health Care.
