Tracey Baynham

Tracey Baynham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in loyalty management and partner relations, currently serving as Senior Loyalty Manager at HX Hurtigruten Expeditions since February 2024. Prior to this, Tracey held the position of Senior Member Engagement Manager at Hurtigruten Group starting in November 2022, and previously worked as Loyalty Programmes Manager and Global Senior Loyalty Manager at The Body Shop since March 2018. Tracey's career also includes a role as Senior Manager - Airline Partnerships at Avios since February 2013, focusing on global air travel partner management. Earlier experience includes various communications and account management roles at British Airways from July 2006 to January 2013. Tracey holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Buckinghamshire New University and completed A-Levels and GCSEs at Wycombe High School for girls.
