David Thomack is a seasoned professional in the construction industry. David began their career at M. A. Mortenson Company, where they worked as a Project Manager from 1996 to 2005. David then joined The Boldt Company in 2006 and held various positions, including Sr. Project Manager, Director of Construction, Vice President - Operations, and Vice President & General Manager. David led transformational projects for notable clients such as Sutter Health, The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Sacred Heart/St. Mary's Health System. In 2014, they worked as a Project Executive at HerreroBoldt. David briefly joined Suffolk Construction as the Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020 before returning to The Boldt Company as the Group President. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at The Boldt Company and is responsible for leading the company's operations. David is also a Visiting Committee Member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Core Group Member at Lean Construction Institute - Northern California CoP.

David Thomack, LEED AP, obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. David attended the university from 1990 to 1995. Prior to their university education, they attended Madison LaFollette from 1986 to 1990.
