Becky Baron

Becky Baron is a seasoned HR compliance professional currently serving as a Senior HR Compliance Analyst at The Boldt Group since January 2025, and at The Boldt Company since April 2021, where Becky leads enterprise-level compliance programs, develops training initiatives, and manages compliance updates across multiple departments. Previously, Becky worked as an HR Account Executive at McClone, providing extensive advisory services on various HR topics, and held managerial roles in HR operations and compliance at Fiserv and Bemis Company, Inc., where Becky oversaw significant compliance initiatives, investigations, and audits. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Metro State University and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from North Hennepin Community College.
