Heidi Libby

Heidi Libby is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and coordination. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Boldt Company since February 2021, Heidi has previously held roles at Oshkosh Corporation as a Global Human Resources Specialist from November 2018 to October 2020, and at Pierce Manufacturing as a Human Resources Coordinator from February 2017 to November 2018. Heidi began a career in human resources at Oshkosh Defense, working as an Administrative Assistant IV from September 2013 to February 2017, and gained initial administrative experience at Temps & Co as an Office Administrator. Heidi holds a degree in Geography with a focus on International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 2006 and 2011.
