John Dulmes

John Dulmes is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation, workplace strategy, and lease negotiation. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at The Boldt Company since April 2023, Dulmes previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Transwestern from October 2016 to April 2023, where expertise included property marketing strategies, acquisitions, and financial analysis across the United States. Prior to that, Dulmes was the Principal and Managing Director at Siegel-Gallagher, overseeing operations and a team of brokers in Milwaukee and Madison from September 2002 to September 2016. Earlier career roles included senior sales positions at Digital Impact and Yesmail, focusing on online marketing solutions, as well as sales roles at Marketing Events, Inc. and News America Marketing, catering to major national brands. Dulmes holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
