Nathan Johnson

Nathan Johnson serves as General Counsel at The Boldt Company since January 2016, having previously held titles such as Assistant General Counsel and Sr. Corporate Attorney. Prior experience includes the role of Compliance Attorney at M3 Insurance from November 2014 to December 2015, and serving as an Employee Benefits & Litigation Associate at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP from October 2011 to November 2014. Nathan gained initial legal experience as a Summer Associate at the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
