Angelina Rios-Galindo

Angelina Rios-Galindo is an accomplished Outreach Director at WBRU since December 2021, where leadership in public initiatives has strengthened community engagement in Providence and Rhode Island. Rios-Galindo has played pivotal roles within the editorial team, significantly increasing its capacity, directing content production, and overseeing the first print magazine in WBRU's history. Alongside this position, Rios-Galindo serves as Managing Editor and Aquí Section Editor for The Sol, Brown University's Latinx student newspaper. Contributions as a Community-Based Learning and Research Fellow at Brown University include syllabus development and community partnership management. Rios-Galindo's experience also encompasses research-related roles at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, tutoring with the Petey Greene Program, and participation in the Bonner Community Fellowship. Current educational pursuits are supported by academic foundations at Brown University and the School for International Training.
