Suraj Sani

Suraj is a Vice President for First Pioneer Properties, Inc., a family-owned real estate management company that manages approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial buildings and over 2,500 acres of land across the country, all of which are owned by family-related entities. He has over 15 years of real estate experience including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and management. At First Pioneer he oversees all aspects of asset and property management with a focus on value creation. Suraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
