Mark Yu

Mark Yu has a diverse work experience in the fields of application software engineering, design engineering, and mechanical design engineering. Mark began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer Assistant at Tongyong Motor in October 2009, where they were responsible for designing the structure of various products and implementing improvement plans. Mark then moved on to Tesla in March 2012 as a Design Engineer, where they developed an excel model for scenario analysis and analyzed policies related to electric vehicles and renewable energy. In March 2017, Mark transitioned to The Boring Company as an Application Software Engineer, where they focused on developing software applications, collaborating with multiple teams, and creating user-friendly experiences. Mark demonstrated proficiency in web development, JavaScript tools, and cloud technologies during their time at The Boring Company.

Mark Yu attended Stanford University from 2006 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Systems Engineering.
