Riddhi P.

Riddhi Padariya is an accomplished engineer currently serving as a Senior Advanced Automation Engineer at Tesla, specializing in Megapack and 4680 Cell technologies since March 2020. Riddhi’s prior positions at Tesla include Advanced Automation Engineer and Manufacturing Controls Development Engineer, contributing to production engineering for the Model 3/Y Battery Module. In April 2023, Riddhi became a Climatebase Fellow, selected from a competitive pool to participate in a climate career accelerator focused on education and innovative projects. Before Tesla, Riddhi worked as an Electrical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark and Phoenix Contact USA, and gained research experience at Penn State University, where Riddhi also earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems and controls.
