Jamie Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Their most recent role was as Associate Manager, CX at The Bouqs Company, where they directed the CX Coordinator, established the internal CX Newsletter, and led the fraud protection initiative. Prior to that, Jamie worked as a Senior Training Associate at The Bouqs Company, representing the company in collaboration with Zendesk consultant and directing the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base. Jamie Martin attended Los Angeles Community College District from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. They then went on to attend UCLA from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the same field of study.
