Tom Lee

Tom Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom began their career at PwC in 2004, where they served as a Manager and provided auditing services to a variety of clients. Tom was responsible for developing audit strategies and modifying audit programs to address specific client needs. In 2011, they joined Semtech Corporation as an Assistant Controller, where they directed all financial accounting and reporting activities for the company. This included overseeing SEC reporting and managing the finance function.

After leaving Semtech Corporation in 2013, Tom joined TouchCommerce as a Vice President of Finance, where they served until 2017. Tom then transitioned to GumGum, where they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Accounting until 2019. In 2019, they joined The Bouqs Company as a Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and later advanced to the role of Senior Vice President.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, and SEC reporting. Tom has a strong track record of leadership and has successfully managed finance teams and implemented effective financial strategies.

Tom Lee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business economics with an emphasis in accounting from UC Santa Barbara. The start and end years of their education remain unspecified.
