Katie Sung

Katie Sung has a strong background in project management, operations, and client solutions. Katie has held roles such as Director of Product Management and Salesforce Program Manager at The Bowdoin Group, where they managed the overall Salesforce platform, executed projects for system upgrades, and led internal technology transformation. Prior to this, Katie worked at athenahealth as Manager of Growth Analytics & Operations, overseeing Salesforce CRM operational support for Sales and Marketing teams. Katie began their career as a Research Associate at The Bowdoin Group, where they identified top talent for clients and managed candidate sourcing and market research.

Katie Sung graduated Magna cum Laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Katie also obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in 2019.
