Michael Fulton

Michael Fulton is a seasoned Senior Instructional Designer with extensive experience in instructional design and training development. Currently serving at The Bowen Group since September 2016, Michael oversees a team that develops web-based and instructor-led courseware based on adult learning principles and best practices. Previous roles include Sr. Specialist in Sales Training at Altria, where responsibilities included leading training programs for approximately 2,300 sales personnel, and instructional design positions at GP Strategies Corporation, SunTrust Mortgage, and Corporate University Enterprise, among others. Michael's expertise encompasses managing training initiatives, vendor relationships, and leveraging instructional systems methodologies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Michael holds an Associate Degree in Science from Richard Bland College of the College of William and Mary.
