Marley Davis is an experienced hospitality and retail professional with a strong background in guest service and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Front Office Manager at The Bowery Hotel since November 2021, Marley oversees Guest Service Agents and manages front office operations while addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Previous roles include founding and serving as CEO of Your Urban Hero Inc., a fashion brand inspired by geek culture, and multi-unit Store Manager at TNS - The New Standard, where Marley developed strategic policies related to various operational aspects. Additionally, experience at Yahoo! Inc. as Brand Store Manager involved innovative media planning and enhancing brand communication.
