Michael Wearen has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Community Life and Campus Leader at The Bowery Mission since November 2019. Previously, Michael held roles as Community Life Manager at The Bowery Mission, Night Operations Manager at Hotel Indigo, and Front Office Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Notable achievements include enhancing guest satisfaction by 25% and training new managers on property management systems. Early career experience includes an internship at DoubleTree by Hilton and catering support at Bryce Jordan Center, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
