Malcolm MacMillan has held various roles throughout their work experience. Malcolm began their career as an Advertising Manager at DHL International Limited in 1994 and later joined SMG plc as a Director in 1997. In 2005, they co-founded KIS Digital and explored the possibility of providing digital marketing services through partner businesses. In 2012, Malcolm became a Governor at Ardvreck School. Malcolm then joined Peach, a leading digital agency, in 2005 as a Business Development Director and later became the Chief Marketing Officer in 2014. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Global Exhibitor Sales and Marketing. Malcolm's recent positions include being the Managing Director at The Boxoffice Company and the Managing Director (UK) at Campbeltown Picture House/Campbeltown Community Business. Malcolm also serves as a Member of the Board for Campbeltown Picture House since 2015.
Malcolm MacMillan attended Fettes College from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained 10 O levels and 3 A levels in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Malcolm later completed their BA Hons degree in Classics, Life etc at Durham University from 1986 to 1989.
