Joe Kuna

Joe Kuna serves as the Corporate Vice President & General Manager at The Bradford Exchange since June 2017, where significant achievements include rebranding the company, increasing eCommerce sales by over $50 million, and launching a highly profitable loyalty program. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer & Partner at Chief Outsiders from January 2015 to September 2017, and President of KUNAdirect, a marketing and media management service for Direct Marketing companies from 2007 to 2014. Joe Kuna's earlier experience also encompasses marketing roles at Guthy|Renker and WarnerMedia, where a progressive career included titles such as Executive Vice President of Marketing and President of Time-Life Libraries. Educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington. Additional graduate-level studies were completed at MIT Sloan School of Management.
