Charley's career began at Tash Lyle & Jones as a Marketing & Client Services Representative from April 2003 to September 2006, contributing to the firm's reputation in the insurance and employee benefits sector. Charley holds a degree in Communication Studies, specializing in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, from Azusa Pacific University, attended from 1998 to 2002.
