Adoria Lim

Adoria started their career at Cornerstone Research in September 2002 as a Principal. Adoria provided consulting services related to assessing companies' accounting and disclosures for conformity with GAAP, estimating cost and profits of various businesses, analyzing financial forecasts, investigating cash flow management, and reviewing structured finance and debt transactions.

In January 2014, they left Cornerstone Research to join Corporate Diligence Specialists as a Principal. In this role, they provided financial and accounting due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions for private equity firms and lenders. Adoria focused on normalized financial performance, key trends in revenues and profitability, achievability of future cash flow, working capital position, and accounting procedures and controls.

Adoria joined The Brattle Group as a Principal in May 2015.

Adoria Lim holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles, and various certifications from professional organizations such as the AICPA and ACFE. Adoria is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF).
