Matthew Davey

Matthew Davey currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel (Europe) at The Brattle Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as Senior Counsel at Alvarez & Marsal from January 2021 to July 2022, and as Principal Legal Counsel at Prax from January 2019 to December 2020. Matthew has extensive experience in legal counsel, having served as Vice President, Senior Counsel and Vice President, Counsel at Castleton Commodities International between December 2015 and December 2018, and as Senior Legal Counsel at Eni Trading & Shipping from September 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, Matthew worked as an Associate at Clyde & Co LLP from April 2013 to August 2014, and as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP from September 2008 to March 2013. A secondee at West of England Insurance Services (Luxembourg) S.A. in 2010, Matthew holds a Double Maitrise in Law from the University of Cambridge, a Maitrise en Droit from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and an LPC from The University of Law.
