Sophia Fredericks

Sophia Fredericks is a seasoned professional in development and event coordination, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Development & Major Gifts at The Breast Cancer Research Foundation since April 2022. Previously, Sophia held multiple roles at FCM Meetings & Events, including Event Coordinator and Event Travel Manager from October 2019 to April 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Supervisor at the GW Department of Forensic Science and a Campaign Intern at Global Change Project Inc. Sophia began her career with roles such as Digital Communications Assistant at the Institute of International Economic Policy and Social Engagement Intern at The American Red Cross. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development/English from The George Washington University, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Otago in 2018.
