Denise de Groot

Denise De Groot is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background encompassing roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Consultant at The Brendoncare Foundation since June 2022, Denise is responsible for managing the implementation of a new Access HR and Payroll system while overseeing necessary organizational change initiatives. Previously, Denise was the Director at CVD Wellbeing from July 2008 to May 2022, managing operations for a Reformer Pilates Studio and Osteopathy Clinic, and focusing on client care and teacher support. Denise also held the position of Senior Business Partner at Waitrose from August 1999 to November 2017, specializing in talent management, coaching, and holistic change. Earlier career experience includes serving as Personnel Manager at John Lewis from 1988 to 1999, where Denise led HR teams and supported various HR functions.
