Skyler Gentry

Skyler Gentry is an experienced food and beverage manager currently employed at The Briar Club since March 2017, where a progression of roles includes Assistant Manager, Banquet Captain, Dining Room Manager, and Poolside F&B Manager. Previous experience includes positions at City Kitchen Catering as a Banquet Server and Cocktail Waiter from September 2015 to December 2017, and as Waitstaff at Crestview Retirement Community from September 2013 to August 2015. Skyler Gentry holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a focus on Private Clubs from the University of Houston, completed between 2015 and 2018, and also attended Blinn College from 2013 to 2015.
