Stacey began their career in 1993 as a Retail Store Manager at The Limited Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business and meeting sales goals. Stacey then joined Haggar Clothing Co. as a Retail Merchandising Manager, ensuring adherence to visual standards and providing training to store personnel. Stacey returned to The Limited Inc. as a Retail Merchandising Manager before transitioning to Mears Marina of Annapolis as a Marketing & Events Manager, where they developed a monthly email newsletter and implemented a social media presence. Stacey later worked at Towne Park as a Marketing Manager, where they crafted marketing strategies and executed campaigns across different channels. Stacey then joined Synergi as a Marketing Manager before assuming roles at The Brick Companies, including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and currently, Vice President of Marketing and Engagement.
