Shannon Tighe

Shannon is the Director, Clinical Operations for the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinics located in West Hartford, Avon and Rockville. In this role, she is responsible for the overall operations of the clinics including staffing, compliance, licensing and regulation, revenue management and efficiencies improvement.

Prior to joining the Bridge, she was employed at La Frontera Center, Inc. in Arizona, where she advanced from a Case Manager to Supervisor of Crisis and Inpatient Services. Shannon earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Arizona.
