Alexa Lara

Alexa Lara is currently the Director of Public Relations for SHPE - Boston U, where responsibilities include designing promotional flyers and organizing events, including a National Convention trip, through collaboration with E-board members. In addition, Alexa serves as a Front Office Assistant at Boston University Mathematics & Statistics, performing various clerical tasks and handling communications. As a member of Theta Tau, Alexa contributes to the organization while previously mentoring elementary students as a TISP Inspiration Ambassador at Boston University, focusing on coding and robotics. Alexa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Boston University, having completed a High School Diploma at Yes Preparatory - North Central.
