Ancito Etienne

Ancito Etienne is a seasoned consultant currently working at The Bridgespan Group, focusing on enhancing the impact of mission-driven organizations. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Social Finance, where efforts were dedicated to building innovative partnerships for social betterment. Ancito has also served as a Market Launcher for Sendwave, facilitating international remittances, and contributed to the Latin America and Caribbean Urban Team at The World Bank as a consultant. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from Harvard Kennedy School, along with coursework in investments and corporate finance at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. Ancito co-founded the CLADINS Leadership Institute, empowering over 100 young individuals annually through leadership training.
