Chandni Noronha

Chandni is a principal in The Bridgespan Group’s Mumbai office. She is an experienced consultant with a decade and a half in consulting, corporate strategy and impact investing.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, she worked in the impact and development space as a consultant for The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Omidyar Network India, Care India and social enterprises in the Agri and Legal Tech space. During this time, she has had the chance to work with different actors in the ecosystem – private sector enterprises, think-tanks, government stakeholders, CSOs and consultants. She has worked on issues including women's economic empowerment, property rights, digital society, healthcare, livelihoods and education.

She was the Strategy head and core member of the regional management team at Discovery Communications India and a Manager at Ernst & Young’s TMT business advisory practice for over a decade prior to making a transition to the impact sector. During this time, she had the opportunity to work with the leaders in business through advisory engagements covering growth strategy, project management, operational improvements and digital transformation.

Chandni holds her MBA from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, and her Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
