Charles Lee

Charles Lee is the current Senior Director of Information Services at The Bridgespan Group. Charles has over fifteen years of experience in the technology field. Charles has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Boston University.

Charles began their career at Bain & Company as a Network Operations Support Specialist. Charles then moved to The Bridgespan Group in 2004, where they managed technology systems. In 2010, Charles was promoted to Associate Director of Information Services, a position they held until December 2012. Charles has been in their current role as Senior Director since January 2013.

Charles Lee received their masters from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and their bachelors from Duke University.

They are on a team with Tod Cowen - Senior Director, Finance, Liz London - Senior Director, Media and Conferences, and Nicole Phillips - Senior Director, Human Resources. Charles Lee reports to Mandy Taft-Pearman, Partner, Chief Operating Officer.
