Eliza Loomis

Senior Manager at The Bridgespan Group

Eliza Loomis is a Manager in The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2015, Eliza has work with clients has covered a range of topics: transforming the child welfare and criminal legal systems, scaling strategies for national nonprofits, organizational effectiveness, sourcing and diligence for philanthropists, and impact measurement and management for impact investors. Eliza has also served as a coach in Bridgespan’s Leading for Impact® program, supporting the capacity-building efforts of nonprofit executive teams in Chicago.

Eliza is a coauthor of “What’s Standing in the Way of the Spread of Evidence-based Programs?” (Bridgespan.org 2017). Across her work, Eliza has had a particular focus on of shifting public systems with a focus on economic mobility, place-based change, and equity. Eliza also brings experience working in city government and impact-focused venture capital.

Eliza holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was an F.C. Austin Scholar.
