Maeve Bowen

Maeve joined Bridgespan in 2014 and is the Director of Human Resources. Maeve’s work focuses on Bridgespan’s talent management practices, employee relations, compensation, and HR systems and compliance. She directs the firm’s Talent Management processes globally, including rigorous performance review cycles bi-annually for client-facing staff and annually for internal staff, with an eye to ensuring all employees are receiving the feedback and support they need to excel in their roles. From 2016 to 2019, Maeve served as Chair of Bridgespan’s Charitable Giving Committee, leading the charge on annual charity auctions benefiting local Boston-based non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Maeve worked as a Senior Generalist in Human Resources at Charles River Associates, a leading global consulting firm. Maeve holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fordham University.
