Kathy Muscarella Sphr

Kathy Muscarella, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 22 years of experience in human resources. Kathy currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®), where they are dedicated to improving and facilitating quality cancer care. Previously, Kathy was the Head of Human Resources at TIFF Investment Management, a nonprofit organization providing investment solutions to charitable institutions. Kathy also served as a Human Resources Manager at Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a national fundraising movement supporting pediatric cancer research. Kathy has held roles as the Human Resources Director at Annodyne, Inc., an engagement marketing agency, and as the Director of Human Resources at LCR Electronics, Inc., a global manufacturer of EMC and other products. Prior to these roles, they were the Director of HR Services at the MidAtlantic Employers Association (MEA), where they provided solutions and support to over 500 member employers. Kathy's career began as the Co-Owner and Business Operations Manager at Antonio's Café, Inc. Kathy holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
