Tonya Swearingen

Tonya Swearingen is an experienced administrative professional with a robust background in executive support and organizational management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Administrative Services at The Bridgespan Group since July 2009, Tonya previously held roles including Executive Liaison at The Breakthrough Collaborative, where collaboration with the CEO and Board of Trustees was key. Prior experience includes support roles at the Stupski Foundation, Ravenswood City School District, and Maier Siebel Baber, alongside an early career as Instructor Service Coordinator at CORE. Tonya holds a BA in Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara, complementing extensive administrative expertise with a strong educational foundation.
