Lardy van der Pal

Lardy Van Der Pal is a co-founder of The Brink Agency, an experience design agency established in May 2014, specializing in creating meaningful digital experiences through identity, development, and immersive 3D technology. In addition, Lardy is a co-founder of 3D Configurator Online, launched in April 2017, which enables consumers to interact with products in 3D across various platforms. Previously, Lardy served as Sales Director Europe at Incentive Europe Premiums & Concepts BV from January 2007 to October 2017, overseeing sales operations in the Benelux, Germany, and France, and managing a sales team. Lardy's career began as a Contact Manager at 2Contact, where responsibilities included supervising call agents and providing sales training. Lardy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Foundation degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
