Hannah Efrus

Hannah Efrus has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Hannah began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hilton in 2015 and subsequently worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Supervisor at Tarrytown House Estate on the Hudson from 2016 to 2018. During their time at Tarrytown House Estate, they gained experience in staffing, training, payroll management, and creating internal standard operating procedures (S.O.Ps) for the hotel.

In 2017, Hannah worked as a Task Force Front Office Manager at Pyramid Hotel Group for a short period of time. Hannah then joined The Time Nyack in 2018 as a Sales Coordinator, responsible for coordinating sales activities. Hannah later transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at the same company from 2019 to 2020.

Hannah joined the Brookdale senior living community in 2020 as a Sales Counselor, supporting sales efforts. Hannah then moved on to Heritage of Clara Barton in 2021, where they served as a Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing sales and marketing strategies.

In 2022, Hannah joined Chelsea Senior Living as a Director of Community Relations, a role they held until 2023. Hannah is currently working at The Bristal Assisted Living as the Director of Community Relations.

Throughout their career, Hannah has honed their skills in sales, marketing, community relations, and leadership.

Hannah Efrus, CDP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Hospitality Management from Montclair State University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's degree at Bergen Community College from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their educational background, Hannah also holds certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from NCCDP since June 2023, and as a Notary Public from the Monmouth County Clerk's Office since February 2023.
