Mark is often described as visionary with a successful track record over last 40 years of innovation. In 1975, he built up one of the largest Commercial Foodservice Equipment manufacturer and distributor in the UK. Mark developed a state-of-the-art mains communication Temperature monitor system now sold all over the world. In 1999 he designed one on the first GPRS tracking devices and set up an IoT vehicle tracking company. In 2012 he created Union Distillers Ltd, developed a range of “Mighty fine British Spirits” and is now established as a premiere UK Distillery.
