Kayla Kim Votapek is an accomplished General Manager at the Consortium of Asian American Theaters & Artists (CAATA) since August 2023, specializing in financial management, board coordination, and fundraising initiatives. Concurrently, Kayla serves as a Board Member for ArtPride New Jersey Foundation and as a Chat Facilitator with artEquity, providing support for various programs centered around equity and inclusion. With a strong background in anti-racist consulting and education, Kayla has held multiple roles, including Anti-Racist Facilitator & Consultant, Life Coach, and Teaching Artist at Rutgers Summer Acting Conservatory.
